Accessible, on-demand and affordable veterinary expertise

We initially launched the VidiVet MVP using off the shelf software, various plugins and connectors. After learning lots from early user engagement, we were able to build a prioritised requirements list. This was then implemented, replacing the MVP with custom iOS and Android native apps that contained bespoke functionality including video messaging, discount codes and live chat.

This has expanded to a vet practice app, which allows 24/7 triaging services without the time consuming requirement for patient consults.

Supporting learner drivers to pass confidently and quickly

Otimo began life matching learner drivers with their perfect instructor. We launched with a website and embedded online surveys, with the founders manually screening and matching candidates to instructors based on user preferences. We built out several bespoke matching automations to save lots of time and energy.

Covid happened, and whilst lessons were stopped we leveraged the user set we had to create the first version of a learner driver app. This allows learners to independently practise manoeuvres and test routes (with any qualified driver) as well as receive useful tips and advice for passing your test.

Connecting students to improve student retention at universities

Customer and user discovery sessions allowed us to understand the needs, requirements and challenges were being faced with the existing alternatives that we’re being used. These insights shaped the product development and go to market strategy, allowing us to prioritise what features, functionality and messaging needed to be used to satisfy the biggest pain points of both the students (users) and the buyers (universities).

The product has developed into an award winning mobile app that is now used by 15 UK Universities and over 90,000 students.

A digital timeline app for children with additional needs

We began working with SEN staff in schools, understanding their biggest challenges with existing SEN solutions and created a simple timeline web app based on their feedback. Through this we were able to monitor usage, and test new functionality with staff, children and then parent users.

This developed into iOS and Android apps, as well as a web app for school use. We’ve also implemented functionality that allows venues to create specific visitor guides for customers with additional needs.

Using sensor technology to prevent hydration-related illness

We created and validated the early product concepts with medical professionals and patients within care settings. Through multiple iterations, utilising rapid prototyping, and multiple interviews, focus groups and user feedback sessions we’ve been able to deliver a product that delivers value and has buy-in throughout the purchase chain.

We developed web applications to monitor fluid consumption connecting and gathering data from integrations with the products hardware components.
